Carrie Lightburn

Carrie is a long time East Kootenay Resident.  Born and raised in Fernie, currently residing in sunny Jaffray, and based out of “Key City” Cranbrook, and has extensive knowledge of the East Kootenay Area.  She is the owner and operator, going into the 17^th year of Rocky Mountain High Outdoor Adventures Ltd., a recreational based business, with her husband, Marty, and a proud mother of two; Devon and Brooke.

Carrie has lived and worked in the East Kootenay’s for over 30 years, except for a brief stint while attending the University of Calgary, for a commerce degree, majoring in marketing. 

In her spare time Carrie likes yoga, x-country skiing, running, and hiking.  She also is a foodie, likes to read, and loves spending time with her friends and family. 

Carrie is very motivated and goal orientated and will work hard for you.  Experience running her own business, advanced education, and her professional disposition; make her a realtor you will like and trust to look after your best interests.  

Carrie’s specialty is the rural and recreational properties in the East Kootenay’s – Elko, Jaffray, Tie and Rosen Lake, Baynes Lake, Koocanusa, Wardner, Mayook, Bullriver, Fort Steele, Wasa, and all the other hidden little gems that lie between Fernie and Cranbrook.
