Sandy Smith

Associate Broker / Realtor Sandy knows the importance of meeting the needs of families on the move. Accompanied by her retired RCMP husband Gerry and their three children, she has moved throughout Alberta, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and British Columbia. Residing in beautiful Cranbrook for over 20 years, she is proud to call it her permanent 'home'.

Sandy enjoys working with and meeting new people. Her career background consists of Social Service work, education, business planning consulting, author / publisher / marketer for Canadian Best Selling 'Kootenay Country Kitchens Cookbook' and most important of all, being a parent. Sandy is an active member within the community, volunteering for many Sports Programs and a proud supporter of the Performing Arts. She is a former Director of the Kootenay Real Estate Board. 

Sandy has over 20 years of Real Estate experience in Cranbrook. Her achievements, relocation experiences and diversified career background give her the knowledge and skills to provide the best service for any real estate needs. As a part of Sandy's commitment to education, she is proud to have attained the designation of Associate Broker after completing additional training through the University of British Columbia.  The trust , loyalty and friendships she has made have put her in the top 1 percent with Royal LePage in Canada and top 10 in British Columbia.
