Dave Graham

Dave is a local in the true sense, having lived & worked in Kimberley nearly his entire life. His family heritage dates back to 1921(mother) which is shortly after the Sullivan mine portal was driven (1915). He is proud to call it home and if you are looking for local knowledge you will find him in the coffee shop frequently discussing real estate.

His knowledge & background exemplifies most of what everyone contemplates at some point when purchasing real estate. He is a professionally designated realty appraiser, holds a Diploma in Urban Land Economics & Real Estate Property Management, is currently a Governor of the Real Estate Institute of BC for the East and West Kootenays, and has worked for BC Assessment performing property classifications and valuation.

Dave has been accepted as an expert witness in appraisal, and has completed the Professional Financial Planning Course and Canadian Securities Course.

His final qualification relative to the housing market is that of a journeyman carpenter since 1982, having served a four year apprenticeship and worked many years in the trade!
